Exclusively in the UK at Sakagura, we have a revolutionary kuraban fridge from Japan which helps to mature the meat by spinning the water molecules.

      We came to Sakagura on the 2-4-1 BBQ deal which is amazing value for the meal. The australian wagyu was full of flavor and the scallops were perfect – DELICIOUS. The idea of cooking on the BBQ yourself was also really fun. Even without the 2-4-1 deal, I would come back again.
